For the cabin wall hand rails on A deck I painted the walls brown first, then painted them overall white. After all the paint dried completely I used a very small sanding block to sand off the white paint on the handrails (VERY carefully) and painted the window frames after that. Seemed to be the only way I could think of to do it without trying to mask off a .5 mm line with masking tape.
As for the railings I just used a 0/10 brush, smoked a cigarette (to steady my hand) and went at it. Cant think of any other way to do that.
