PE parts wish list

Here's what I like to see done to complete Loren's available parts. Some of the items listed I can probably make or scavage, but it would still be nice to see them done in PE.

My list from stem to stern, excluding windows and doors:

Forcastle Deck:
Forstay shackle
Bow gratings
Anchor windlass control handles
Anchor windlass tops
6 bar railing

Bridge Area:
Inner front bridge windowed bulkhead

Superstructure:
Stokehold vent screens
All gratings around funnels
Funnel platforms
GS domes: metalwork, with resin domes
Coaling(?) arms on freeboard
Passenger barrier railings with gates
exception: Palm Court & V Cafe doors

Poopdeck:
Kedge anchor (new tooling photo shows Kedge anchor
on Fo'csle, maybe they did the one on the Poopdeck too)

As you can see, it's not a long list. Thankfully Loren has already done most of what's needed to spruce the kit upin the way of fine parts. Now, for the windows and doors.

If I had to choose, I'd want to concentrate only on those areas that are readily visible. The bulwarks forward of the bridge to include the bridge wings would be nice but not that necessary. All windows and doors on the Boat Deck of course. A Deck's a tough choice, but since it's somewhat enclosed Bruce's decals would probably look just fine (they will everywhere for that matter & without PE are my 1st choice). All the windows and doors on the aft bulkheads of all decks are mostly unobstructed so I'd like to see these too. A full set would be a dream come true, but I'm not holding my breath.

I understand that the W & D thing is a rather complex undertaking and has limited appeal. One of my curses is that I can visualize the parts but don't have the the resouces for the artwork or getting the PE parts made. Since others broached the subject, I thought I'd toss in my two cents worth. Who knows maybe it can happen, at least in part. Every little bit helps.

Sorry for the broken up text in my posts, I'm definitely no typist. Thanks for listening.

Dave
