Apologies for the delay in the reply but I've been off line for a week while we move house (I'm typing this from worK).

At the moment I'm doing an update a month. When I update any pages I list them on the "Updates" page with a date and location.

If you check this page once and a while you'll see the latest updates so you can change that particular page.
